Australian Rapid FTR Code Jam

Saturday, December 4, 2010 11:00 AM

ThoughtWorks Melbourne Office
303 Collins Street,
Melbourne

Rapid Family Tracing Reunification was started by students in New York City to help UNICEF volunteers reunite children and their parents when there is a disaster. Rapid FTR speeds up the process of registering both lost and found children reliably and safely. As part of our commitment to social justice and technology, ThoughtWorks is hosting a code jam on Saturday, December 4th as part of the Melbourne YOW! Conference. We’ll be getting together at the ThoughtWorks offices in the Melbourne CBD. ThoughtWorks will provide network connections, refreshments and volunteers familiar with the Rapid FTR code and development environment.
